About The Company

New Horizons Child Development Centre, introduced for the first time in India the concept and practice of self-funded inter-disciplinary, measurable and outcome-based rehabilitation where each child gets individual evaluation and intervention in a comprehensive, scientifically planned and documented manner. NHD is one of the largest multi-disciplinary, comprehensive and integrated child development centres in India. Founded in 2003, with currently 5 centres across Mumbai, NHD offers developmental services under one roof through an inter-disciplinary team headed by a Developmental Paediatrician.New Horizons is seeking a Business Development Manager - Business Development, focusing on developing new clients across all centers and across the full range of services that New Horizons provides in the child development area. The role ranges across a variety of activities, including strategic consultancy, new business development, account management and in some cases, project management.

Job Location:

Head Office - Goregaon East.The candidate shall be required to travel across six centers located in Goregaon East, Goregaon West, Bhandup, Dadar, Khar, Vasai.

Experience:

3-4 years into business, sales, and marketing

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's in Business Development, Master's in Hospital Administration
  • Preferred: MBA with specialization in Marketing or a similar field

Role Description

  • Working with our on-ground team at Centers to understand their marketing requirements at an individual center level. Interacting closely with patients to understand who is NH’s customer, what their requirements are, and how NH can engage them in the long run.
  • Assisting the Business Development Manager in proposing a strategy for the vertical, managing the resources, budget, impact, and focusing on results and revenue for the vertical.
  • Service development and creating awareness in the field of child development to venture out to new avenues.
  • Studying current market trends and understanding the market intelligence as per industry standards.
  • Presenting and promoting the organizational literature at various forums.
  • Defining business targets to be achieved at individual and team levels.
  • Working with stakeholders externally to enhance the NH Brand Value.
  • Working with the PR agency and ad agency to enhance brand and communication strategies.
  • Managing and coordinating on-ground marketing initiatives; might include traveling to centres often to collect survey information and feedback.
  • Working closely with the network expansion and operations team.
  • Creating presentations & reports on targets, impact measurement, and goals for the entire marketing team for regular reviews with senior management.
  • Onboarding New Referral Doctors as referrals to NHCDC.
