Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing communications, coordinating with internal teams, resolving client issues, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The role involves frequent interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
  • Ability to understand and articulate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Proficiency in coordinating with internal teams and managing project timelines
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve client issues promptly
  • Experience in Life Science (Pharma), Technology, or related fields is a plus
  • Ability to identify and implement opportunities for account growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
