Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in Mumbai. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, developing and maintaining long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, problem-solving, financial analysis, and collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including communication and problem-solving
• Knowledge and experience in financial services such as Insurance, Investments, Finance, Tax, and Accounting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a client-facing role in the financial services industry is a plus
