Role Description

This is a client-facing role for a Client Relationship Manager at STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with existing clients, understanding client needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Noida.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience in client relationship management
• Knowledge of media and entertainment industry
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
