Our services cater to both Indian and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. We are dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in Mumbai. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, developing and maintaining long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, problem-solving, financial analysis, and collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Strong client relationship management skills, including communication and problem-solving Knowledge and experience in financial services such as Insurance, Investments, Finance, Tax, and Accounting Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in a client-facing role in the financial services industry is a plus
