Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at Diagnum Healthcare, located in Noida,Faridabad,Gurugram,DelhiNorth, Central and South Delhi. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, addressing client issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing client communication, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, and providing timely updates and reports to clients.

Doctor

• Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving, Conflict Resolution, and Negotiation skills
• Aligning support to Key doctors.
• Project Management and Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the Pharma/healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
