Client Relationship Manager

You will be joining House of Quadri, a Mumbai-based company that specializes in crafting contemporary lab-grown diamond jewelry in India. As part of our small and vibrant team, you will play a crucial role as a Client Relationship Manager in the jewelry sector. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture client relationships, address customer inquiries, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction levels. Your daily activities will encompass managing client communications, providing sales support, collaborating with design and production teams, and supervising the client order fulfillment process. Moreover, you will be tasked with identifying client requirements and opportunities to enhance sales growth and foster customer loyalty. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with prior experience in customer service and relationship management. Familiarity with jewelry design and production processes would be advantageous. Your ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, keen attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities are essential.
