We are a small, dynamic team focused on building our brand as a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) entity with an online-first approach. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and addressing any client issues or concerns promptly. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure products are delivered as per client expectations and identifying opportunities for client growth and retention.
