Company Description House of Quadri is a contemporary lab-grown diamond jewelry company based in India. We design, manufacture, and directly retail our jewelry products from our head office in Mumbai. We are a small, dynamic team focused on building our brand as a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) entity with an online-first approach. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and addressing any client issues or concerns promptly. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure products are delivered as per client expectations and identifying opportunities for client growth and retention. Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Experience in client management and customer service Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is preferable Please note this is a work from office opportunity only from our experience centre located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
