Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Banglore, Karnataka. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include coordinating with various internal teams, maintaining detailed client records, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. The role involves regular reporting on client interactions and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• 1-3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Client Relationship Management
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Organisational and Time Management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in consulting or service industry is a plus
