Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide property solutions accordingly.
• Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with clients until closure.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads.
• Assist clients in decision-making by providing property options, market insights, and financial guidance.
• Handle client queries and ensure high satisfaction through effective service.
• Maintain CRM software and client databases for follow-ups and reporting.
• Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Build strong after-sales relationships for referrals and repeat business.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Good understanding of real estate trends and market dynamics
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Marketing, Business, Real Estate)
• Proven experience in real estate sales or client servicing

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
