Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Identify, shortlist, and onboard qualified insurance agents or advisors.
• Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to ensure a good fit.
• Guide new agents through the company’s training and certification process.

• Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of agents.
• Build strong professional relationships to improve agent retention and performance.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and troubleshooting assistance.

• Performance Monitoring & Target Achievement:

• Monitor agent activity and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Analyze performance reports and take proactive steps to address underperformance.
• Encourage agents to generate leads and close policies regularly.

• Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of agent recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review.
