Job Title: Business Development Manager/Marketing Manager - Sales & Marketing Company: Arrdev Prefab Pvt Ltd Location: Sector 130 Noida Experience : 3-5 years Education : Graduation OR (MBA Preferred) Salary : ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month + incentive About the Company: Arrdev Pools is a leading company specializing in the design and construction of premium swimming pools. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction in every project we undertake. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the swimming pool construction sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s offerings. Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients. Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final execution. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the construction or related industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients. Knowledge of the swimming pool construction industry is a plus.
