Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (Remote / Work From Home) Industry: Insurance Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (Maharashtra-based or as per company policy) Experience : 2 years in insurance sector Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for recruiting insurance agents , onboarding them effectively, and ensuring they are consistently meeting sales targets. You will act as a mentor, coach, and motivator to build a high-performing agent network. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, shortlist, and onboard qualified insurance agents or advisors. Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to ensure a good fit. Guide new agents through the company’s training and certification process. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of agents. Build strong professional relationships to improve agent retention and performance. Provide ongoing support, motivation, and troubleshooting assistance. Performance Monitoring & Target Achievement: Monitor agent activity and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Analyze performance reports and take proactive steps to address underperformance. Encourage agents to generate leads and close policies regularly. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of agent recruitment, onboarding, and performance. Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review.
