Job Description

Strong communication & relationship management skills (Hindi & English mandatory) 1. Client Relationship & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely resolution through coordination with the Research and Compliance teams. 2. Team Coordination : Coordinate between research analysts, sales, and customer support departments to ensure smooth communication flow. Monitor delivery timelines of reports, updates, and communication to clients. Assist in organizing internal review meetings, maintaining client data, and preparing performance reports. 3. Business Development Support : Assist management in onboarding new clients through warm leads or referrals. Help design customer engagement campaigns, webinars, and follow-up processes.
