Role Description

Client Relationship Manager/Executive – 3 Positions

Experience: 6 months – 3 years

Digital Marketing Background Required

Location : Indore (M.P.)


We’re looking for someone who knows how to build trust, keep communication clear, and make clients feel genuinely supported. If you understand digital marketing and enjoy turning client goals into action plans, this role will fit you well.


You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping them navigate campaigns, reports, deliverables, and strategy. Internally, you’ll work closely with the performance, content, and creative teams to make sure everything moves smoothly and on time.


What you’ll do

  • Own day-to-day communication with clients
  • Understand client goals and translate them into clear marketing tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns, content, and ads go live as planned
  • Review deliverables before they’re shared with clients
  • Track campaign performance and help prepare reports
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
  • Handle feedback, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships
  • Keep projects on schedule and ensure deadlines are met
  • Join review calls, present updates, and guide clients through results
  • Maintain documentation, briefs, and communication logs


What we’re looking for

  • Experience managing client relationships in a digital marketing or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, social media, content, and performance metrics
  • Clear, confident communication
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Good problem-solving instincts and a calm approach
  • Strong ownership and accountability


Bonus points

  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Meta Business Manager, CRM systems, project management platforms
  • Experience managing enterprise or high-value clients
