Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager at Courier Karo, your role will involve managing and strengthening client relationships by promptly addressing queries and concerns. You will handle NDR follow-ups, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate client interaction records. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients - Managing NDR calls, follow-ups, and resolution of undelivered shipments - Coordinating with internal teams to efficiently resolve client issues - Maintaining accurate client interaction records in the system - Assisting in office tasks such as reporting, documentation, and data entry - Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery - Providing timely updates to management on client issues and escalations To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, customer support, or relationship management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems) - Positive attitude and willingness to learn Courier Karo offers a competitive salary, performance incentives, and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced logistics company.
