The Boheim Collective Pvt. Ltd. Site Office in Siolim, Goa, is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with mid to high ticket customers, buyers, or potential buyers of luxury real estate in Goa.
This position demands a high level of professionalism, service orientation, and an in-depth understanding of the luxury property market.
· Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients interested in uber luxury real estate in Goa.
· Understand client needs, aspirations, and investment goals to provide tailored property recommendations and solutions.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and personalised buying experience from enquiry to post-sale support.
· Conduct property site visits, virtual tours, and presentations for prospective clients.
· Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, preferences, and transaction history.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.
· Resolve client queries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
· Represent the Boheim brand with integrity and discretion at all times.
· Graduate degree from a recognised university.
· 4-5 years of proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the luxury real estate or high-value sales sector.
· Demonstrated success in handling mid to high ticket clients.
· Strong understanding of the Goa real estate market, particularly in the luxury segment, is an advantage.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Konkani, or other regional languages is a plus.
· Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
· Professional demeanour, discretion, and a customer-first attitude.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple client relationships, and meet ambitious targets.
