Architect-Mid Level

As a Junior/Mid-Level Architectural Design Manager at our company, you will be responsible for supporting and leading design initiatives across multiple projects. Your role will involve managing design workflows, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring design quality and consistency from concept through execution. Your key responsibilities will include contributing to concept development, design detailing, and documentation. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors, preparing and reviewing architectural drawings and presentation materials, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, design standards, and project timelines, and supporting project delivery from design through the construction stage. Additionally, you will prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations, and other deliverables to effectively communicate design intent. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture and possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in design and project coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp is required, along with strong design, organizational, and communication skills. A working knowledge of building systems and construction methodologies will be beneficial.
