Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior/Mid-Level Architectural Design Manager to support and lead design initiatives across multiple projects. The role involves managing design workflows, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring design quality and consistency from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to concept development, design detailing, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
• Prepare and review architectural drawings and presentation materials
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, design standards, and project timelines
• Support project delivery from design through the construction stage
• Prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations, and other deliverables to communicate design intent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in design and project coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
• Strong design, organizational, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of building systems and construction methodologies
