Junior / Mid-Level Architectural Design Manager

You are looking for a Junior/Mid-Level Architectural Design Manager to play a crucial role in supporting and leading design initiatives across various projects. Your responsibilities will include managing design workflows, collaborating with consultants, and ensuring design quality and consistency from the initial concept to the final execution stage. Your tasks will involve contributing to concept development, design detailing, and documentation. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors. Additionally, you will prepare and review architectural drawings and presentation materials, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, design standards, and project timelines. Supporting project delivery from design to construction stage is also a critical aspect of this role. You will be required to prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations, and other deliverables to effectively communicate design intent. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture and have 2-4 years of relevant experience in design and project coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp is essential. Strong design, organizational, and communication skills are also key requirements. A working knowledge of building systems and construction methodologies will be beneficial.
