Job Overview: The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
