Working Location: Chennai Profile: Client Relations & Admin Support Designation: Executive Work Mode: Onsite *** Note: Immediate Joiners Preferred Responsibilities: Liaising with clients and internal teams & coordinating client meetings Managing calendars, preparing agendas ,taking minutes Handling correspondence and documents Drafting professional emails, reports, and internal communications Preparing MIS reports & Managing CRM Handling travel arrangements and office logistics and other administrative tasks Maintaining records and ensuring confidentiality Knowledge in Tender Submission & Empanelment Skills Set Required: ● Excellent written and spoken English ● Strong analytical and organizational ability ● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ● Professional attitude and multitasking skills ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience required: 0 to 3 years in an executive assistant role (professional services preferred) Education Qualification: Graduate in Business Secretarial Studies or a related field
