Client Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism.
• Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare reports and track client engagement metrics.
• Assist management in planning and executing business development activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
• Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities.
