Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism.
Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare reports and track client engagement metrics.
Assist management in planning and executing business development activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Strong management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities.
