Role Overview

Client Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Client & Revenue Operations

• Manage

  end-to-end onboarding

  of high-value clients
• Coordinate

  revenue collections, invoicing, and follow-ups

• Act as the first point of contact for

  client operations & servicing

• Prepare and manage

  client reports, dashboards, and analytics

Internal Operations & Strategy

• Support

  internal finance and operational workflows

• Work closely with

  founders on strategic and execution-driven initiatives

• Ensure process discipline, documentation, and timely closure of tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 0–5 years

  experience in operations, client servicing, finance, or related roles
• Strong

  communication skills

  with confidence in dealing with

  HNI / professional clients

• High

  ownership mindset

  — takes responsibility end-to-end
• Solid

  project management skills

  : task definition, tracking, and closure
• Detail-oriented, structured, and

  comfortable working with numbers and data

• Ability to thrive in a
