Working hours: US EST- Night Shift

Job Overview: We are looking for a Client Success Operations Specialist to join our Client Happiness Team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients are happy, helping reduce client attrition, and improving the profitability of our products.

a. Client Account Management

• Maintain active client list.
• Review dashboards and reports to ensure accounts are receiving communications; identify and escalate failures.
• Support client audits by pulling renders of emails or SMS messages.

b. Post-Implementation Operations

• Daily review of each client’s Placement, Retraction, and Payment files to ensure correct ingestion and retraction.
• Update client configurations as required.

c. Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure client-specific reports are delivered on time, with special handling for PCI compliance when sending PII.
• Maintain proper documentation of client-related changes and issues.

d. Support to Client Success Manager

• Support preparation of business reviews.
• Conduct template usage reviews.
• Assist with ad hoc operational projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Jira.
• Ability to learn new technologies (specifically the Retain Retool system).
• Strong written communication skills.
