This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in HR and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for supporting our recruitment process from sourcing to hiring while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and work towards closing positions within a defined turnaround time Source and screen candidates to fill open positions and forecast future hiring needs Plan and conduct interviews, screening calls, and other selection processes Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates during the hiring process Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to work full-time (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: Remote
