Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage candidate flow, track open requisitions, and ensure timely hiring manager feedback.
· Provide clear, data-driven reporting to stakeholders on fulfillment status.
· Review resumes, manage requisitions, and support hiring manager submittals.
· Navigate Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to oversee work orders and ensure data accuracy.
· Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
· Act as a backup for MSP accounts to ensure consistent delivery.
· Handle supplier terminations professionally and maintain positive engagement.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
