Job Description

Client Operations / Escalation Specialist Logistics

Location:

client operations and escalation handling

Key Responsibilities

Handle
client escalations
and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, last-mile, finance, etc.) to close open issues.
Support the BD team with
client onboarding, documentation, and performance tracking
.
Monitor SLAs, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
Maintain
strong client relationships
with high responsiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience
in client servicing, operations support, or escalation handling (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce).
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of
last-mile delivery operations / logistics processes
is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
