Client Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop strong, long-term partnerships with clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and needs.
• Gather detailed job requirements including role, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide consultation to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure positions are filled as per agreed timelines.
• Track recruitment progress and proactively communicate updates to clients.
• Schedule and manage regular client meetings, updates, and feedback sessions.
• Facilitate interview coordination and candidate feedback.
• Ensure candidates presented meet the quality standards and fitment required by the client.
• Address client concerns or escalations professionally and resolve them quickly.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in recruitment or HR services
• Account management or client service experience
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools is an advantage

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in B Tech / Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client operations or a similar role.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
