Role Description We’re hiring a Client & Operations Manager who will play a central role in leading client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of services and tech projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes full ownership of work, and can manage multiple teams and clients simultaneously. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and utilize operational data Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills to manage client relationships and address queries Operations Management expertise to oversee day-to-day functions High accountability and ability to work with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi 3–6 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing, Project Handling, or Operations Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Education, IT, or related fields
