Client Operations / Escalation Specialist Logistics Location: Bengaluru (Head Office) Experience: 1 – 3 Years Industry: Logistics / Supply Chain / E-commerce Department: Business Development & Sales Support Job Description We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage client operations and escalation handling in our Business Development & Sales Support team. The role involves working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution Coordinate with internal teams (operations, last-mile, finance, etc.) to close open issues. Support the BD team with client onboarding, documentation, and performance tracking . Monitor SLAs, prepare reports, and share insights with management. Maintain strong client relationships with high responsiveness. Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, operations support, or escalation handling (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce). Strong communication & stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations / logistics processes is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
