Client Support: Provide prompt and efficient assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and concerns, escalating to senior staff when necessary. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
