Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage telephonic interactions with expecting parents to promote Cryoviva’s stem cell banking services.
• Handle the

  complete outbound, inbound, and referral sales cycle

  — including

  lead generation, client enrolment, documentation, and payment follow-ups

  .
• Respond to customer queries efficiently and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolutions.
• Supervise and support a team comprising

  verification, support, collections, coordination, and CRM telecalling

  functions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, reporting structures, and operational protocols.
• Maintain and update customer databases accurately and regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills in

  English and Hindi

  (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer objections confidently.
• Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working in a

  target-driven environment

  .
• Patience and resilience to manage client conversations effectively.
• Prior experience in

  CRM, inside sales, client servicing, or tele-sales

  is preferred.
