Role Summary:

We are seeking a Client Lead to join our Client Operation Department who are dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our tele-sales and client engagement team focused on stem cell banking services. This role involves direct interaction with expecting parents, managing the end-to-end sales process, and collaborating with the multi-functional team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiating sales with expecting parents over call.
• Responsible for the complete outbound/Inbound/Referral sales cycle inclusive (Lead generation, client enrolment, client info documentation, & Payment Recovery).
• Responsible for answering the queries of clients via calls. Provide speedy resolution by coordinating with other departments.
• Responsible for handling a team consisting of verification, support, collection, coordination & CRM Tele calling team.
• Supervising & ensuring that the company working, reporting & business related protocol is adhered to by your team members.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or referral sales preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in follow-ups.
• Ability to handle client interactions with patience and professionalism.
