Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Client Lead. The Client Lead will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing customer experience. Daily tasks include client communication, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. The Client Lead will also identify opportunities for client growth and address any issues that may arise.
