0–2 years of experience in HRMS implementation, HR operations, or HR technology
Internship or relevant certification in HRMS / Zoho / HR / ERP is mandatory
Basic understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Payroll, Performance, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and HR systems
Basic project management and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
