Role Description As an Implementation Associate - HRMS, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Zoho HR solutions to meet client needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include gathering client requirements, configuring software systems, supporting data migration, conducting user training, and ensuring post-implementation success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot issues, and enhance client satisfaction. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for remote work. You will work directly with CXOs, design solutions, and accelerate your career in HR tech. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in HRMS implementation, HR operations, or HR technology Internship or relevant certification in HRMS / Zoho / HR / ERP is mandatory Basic understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Payroll, Performance, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and HR systems Basic project management and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
