Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Engagement Executive, located in Hyderabad. The Client Engagement Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with clients. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, developing and executing strategies to meet client goals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. The role also involves identifying sales opportunities to expand client engagement.
