Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Client Engagement Executive, located in Hyderabad. The Client Engagement Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with clients. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, developing and executing strategies to meet client goals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. The role also involves identifying sales opportunities to expand client engagement. Qualification & Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to maintain professionalism and a client-focused approach. - Familiarity with email platforms, messaging tools, and basic CRM systems. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
