PMO/ Client Delivery ManagerJob title: PMO/Client Delivery Manager RoleDays: 5 days a week (9:00 am – 6:00 pm); UK timeRole: Full TimeLocation: Remote/ Hybrid (Depending on location)Report to: Founder & CEO / Senior Leadership TeamWhat You’ll DoAs our PMO / Client Delivery Manager, you’ll be the engine that keeps ourprojects running smoothly. You’ll manage multiple initiatives end-to-end —from thought leadership reports and webinars to events, sponsorships, andmembership programs — making sure they’re delivered on time, on budget,and to a high standard.You’ll work across teams: marketing, design, content, product, web, events,and sales, ensuring everyone is aligned, informed, and empowered to deliver.You’ll also be client-facing, joining calls, translating goals into clear deliveryplans, and ensuring our members and partners get a seamless experience.Page | 2What Makes You a Fit
  • 5–7+ years’ experience in project management or client delivery,
ideally in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment. You
understand the "agency rhythm" and how to manage multiple clientexpectations simultaneously.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stream marketing
projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: marketing, content, design, web,
product, events, account management and sales
  • Hands-on experience with Asana and HubSpot. Manage Asana
workflows and integrations, including task tracking, dependencies, and
resource allocation
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to document, train,
and scale processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, solutions-focused, and not afraid to
get hands dirty
  • Communication style: You are confident, professional, and empathetic.
You can hold your own on a client call and motivate an internal team
under tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous organiser: You have a natural obsession with detail and
"clean" data/documentation.
  • Resource capacity mapping to optimise team bandwidth and delivery
efficiency
  • Track project completion status, highlight risks or “red flags,” and
escalate where necessary
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training to ensure processes scale
effectively
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and delivery
frameworks
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience delivering events, conferences, webinars, podcasts, and
sponsorship programs
  • Exposure to FinTech, B2B, or SaaS industries
  • Passion for community-led growth and scaling a global platform

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record of delivering digital and live event
projects (podcasts, webinars, sponsorship).
  • Software: Expert level in Asana and HubSpot. Proficiency in Google
Workspace/Microsoft 365.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly when client requirements change
while keeping the project on track.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
(or equivalent professional experience). PMP or CAPM certification is a
