Client Delivery Consultant

As a Client Delivery Consultant at Zinnia, your role will involve leading various project activities related to the annuity and insurance industry. You will be responsible for understanding the interdependencies between Operations, Technology Capability areas, and other departments outside of delivery. Your ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical clients will be crucial in ensuring the proposed solutions meet the business objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the initial project scope and analysis activities, including pricing exercises - Lead and facilitate detailed Solution Definition meetings to drive towards a holistic solution - Facilitate solution planning sessions for internal alignment - Translate business objectives into approaches prescribed by Zinnia - Ensure solutions adhere to the Zinnia IT framework and support clients" business objectives - Identify new business analysis tools and techniques in response to business needs - Assist in identifying scope changes and disseminating information to the Delivery Team - Support internal and external project requests through the estimation process - Assist with training programs and documentation for knowledge repositories Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience - 6+ years in business and/or systems analysis or related experience preferred - 8+ years experience in Annuity, mutual funds, financial services, or life insurance work experience preferred - Strong background in the interdependencies between Operations, Technology Capabilities, and departments outside of delivery - Knowledge and practice of techniques necessary for managing planning and requirements/analysis phases of the SDLC - Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint experience, with knowledge of Project Management tools - Strong project management, relationship building, analytical, and communication skills Additional Company Details: Zinnia is a leading technology platform in the insurance industry, simplifying the experience of buying, selling, and administering insurance products.
