Key Responsibilities: Lead consulting projects in the Life & Annuity insurance space. Work on complex calculations related to US tax compliance (e.g., 7702, 7702A, 101(f)). Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and design solutions. Analyze and resolve issues in policy values and compliance calculations. Create Excel-based tools for insurance calculations. Guide teams, manage deliverables, and support proposal development and training. Required Skills: Deep knowledge of life and annuity products (e.g., Term, Whole Life, Indexed). Strong understanding of actuarial modeling , valuation , and reporting . Familiarity with US insurance tax rules (7702, 7702A, 101(f)). Experience in requirement gathering , documentation, and client communication. Ability to lead meetings, prioritize tasks, and resolve production issues. Preferred Skills: Experience with new business and conversion projects in insurance. Knowledge of key insurance calculations (e.g., cash value, death benefits, TAMRA, FMV). Experience working with onshore/offshore teams . Well versed with various extracts being generated out of FAST(EAS extracts, Tax extracts, Annuityreserve, PolicyFundLevel) and able to debug the issues encountered wrt Data generated. Have expertise in Calculation and Rules warehouse, Orchestration, Correspondence modules of FAST. Guide the Team on various process within FAST like RMD, anniversary letter etc. Knowledge of Data architecture of FAST is added advantage.
