As a Client Acquisition and Relationship Manager at Pyxidia TechLab in Raipur, you will play a crucial role in leading the outbound sales team. With 5 to 8 years of experience in call centre management, you will drive sales performance and enhance team productivity. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service with a focus on training and development. Your key responsibilities will involve team leadership, where you will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing outbound sales team. Setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering a positive work environment will be essential. You will also design and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members, ensuring continuous improvement in team skills and knowledge. In terms of sales strategy development, you will be responsible for implementing effective outbound sales strategies to achieve targets. Analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with marketing for aligned sales campaigns will be part of your role. Monitoring key performance metrics, preparing reports, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary will be crucial for driving team performance.
