Client Account Manager - Sales

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our B2B clients. This role is key to ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value from our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Account Growth & Retention:
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Drive renewals and contract expansions.
• Maintain high client retention and minimize churn.
• Project & Delivery Coordination:
• Work closely with product, support, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff from sales.
• Strategic Insights & Reporting:
• Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions.
• Track account health, usage metrics, and adoption.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for internal and client review.
• Problem Resolution:
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Act as an advocate for the client within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 1–5 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in IT product/SaaS companies.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise clients or global account management.
• Background in technical sales or solution engineering.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles or cloud technologies.

Pay: ₹12,085.94 - ₹44,095.70 per month
