Position Summary

Contractor Life Cycle Events

The key responsibility of an Associate Analyst in the team will be:
  • Handle the end-to-end management of contractor life cycle event processes
  • Act as a liaison between Contractor Management stakeholders, including business requesters, and address any inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure clear communication and management of business and stakeholder expectations.
  • Initiate the onboarding process of the chosen candidate through HRD tools and collaborate with business managers to guarantee accurate system record setup.
  • Maintain documentation of onboarding, exit, and extension processes and manage access provisions.
  • Possess keen attention to detail, planning abilities, swift decision-making skills, relationship-building capacities, and client management skills.
  • Communicate effectively with business requesters and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Build robust working relationships with various COE groups like payroll, ITS, business recruiters, and other relevant groups.
  • Comply with business SLAs, adhere to compliance requirements, and meet critical metrics.
  • Enhance the process by adopting innovative thinking and considering various perspectives. Qualifications and experience Required:
  • Educational requirement: Graduation / Post graduation
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage contractor life cycle events
  • Demonstrate an understanding of key cross-functional concepts that influence the company, business priorities, and organizational dynamics
  • Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Have knowledge of labor/workforce market intelligence and research
  • Exhibit a strong ability to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Offer high-level advice, identify efficiency opportunities, manage risks, and continuously improve quality in collaboration with the management team
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Pivot tables

Hyderabad

Work hours: 2 PM – 11 PM
