Clarity Planner - Contracts Admin - Doc. Controller

Job Summary:

Vastly important and challenging role of triple assignments as ‘PWS Europe Resource planner’, ‘Project planner’ and ‘Document controller’. Initial assignments would be to work in a support role to three Expertise in PWS Europe. Then through receiving of good exposure, structured learning and development program the candidate will start working independently. Managing the workload of PWS Europe alongside the defined team in COE Cluj and work as back-up. Support in completing all projects at GEC through PMO Cell.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Create projects in Clarity, assign resources based on PM request, etc.
• Create projects in RST (Resource Scheduling Tool), review RFR (Request for Resource), communicate with Resource Managers for resource allocations etc.
• Archiving and documentation management using DocPro.
• Reporting and benchmarking.
• Contracts Administration particularly during beginning and ending of a Project cycle.
• Support Project team to meet monthly POR / Target.
• Other tasks based on necessity and availability.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor or equivalent experience, extra qualifications (MBA, etc) are an advantage.
• Experience level required is 3 to 5 years.

• Proficient language and communication skills; both verbal and written
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and other applicable documents.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions along with risk assessments.
• Ready to take travelling assignment.
