Civil Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor / Site Engineer - Civil (Apna Ghar and Petrol Pump / Fuel Infrastructure Projects)

Location: Base location either Noida, or Kanpur or Lucknow but have to travel PAN India for site visits (Kanpur, Lucknow, Unnao, Muzzafarpur, Deodia, Mahuba, Jhansi, Moradabad and etc).

Shift: Monday to Saturday - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

We are now hiring Site Engineers or Supervisors - Civil to lead and supervise construction at petrol pump and Apna Ghar project sites under IOCL.

Job Description:

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor workforce, subcontractors, and resources deployed on-site.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to quality standards at all stages.
• Maintain daily progress reports and submit to Project Manager.
• Verify materials delivered on-site as per project specifications.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring project timelines and schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate where required.
• Ensure work is completed within defined timelines and budgets.
• Maintain site discipline, safety norms, and proper housekeeping.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Must Have:

• Should be from the Construction Industry.
• Hands-on experience in supervising civil projects (preferably petrol pump or commercial construction).

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of site supervision, safety, and quality checks.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project Tracking).

- Ability to prepare and maintain site reports and documentation.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage workforce efficiently.
