Position Title: SCM (Supply Chain Officer)

Location: Noida Sector 67 and Hapur Factory and Warehouse

Shift: Day Shift from Monday to Saturday (4 days Noida and 2 days Hapur)

Experience: 3 to 8+ Yrs

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SCM Officer to manage and optimize the supply chain process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement, vendor management, inventory control, logistics, and ensuring cost-effective and timely material delivery to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, equipment, and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely supply.
• Develop alternative supplier networks to reduce dependency on single sources.
• Must be able to procure 15 to 20 components in a day, 200+ in a month.
• Must be able to develop new vendors list for procuring raw materials.

• Inventory & Logistics Management:

• Monitor inventory levels at construction sites and warehouses.
• Coordinate material dispatch and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement strategies to minimize wastage and optimize stock levels.

• Cost Control & Budgeting:

• Analyze procurement costs and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Work closely with the finance team to align budgets with material requirements.

• Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and government regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and material consumption.

• Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast material needs.
• Generate reports on supply chain performance and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain management within the Manufacturing or Construction or Signage industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, or supply chain management software.
• Understanding of construction materials, contracts, and logistics management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
