Civil Engineer

1. Site Planning & Execution Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications. Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and machinery for all assigned sites. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards. 2. Multi-Site Coordination Regularly visit and monitor 2–3 sites to track progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure smooth operations. Coordinate between site teams, design team, purchase, and project management for seamless execution. Prepare weekly work plans and site-wise progress reports for management review. 3. Technical Supervision Verify civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works as per approved drawings and IS standards. Inspect work quality and guide site supervisors and contractors on corrective actions. Conduct quantity checks and verify contractor bills and measurements. 4. Resource & Material Management Forecast and raise material requirements in advance to avoid site delays. Coordinate with the procurement team for material delivery and track inventory usage. Optimize workforce deployment and ensure productivity across all sites. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site reports, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and weekly schedules for each site. Report any site issues, delays, or design conflicts immediately to the project head. Support billing, measurement books, and site handover documentation. 6. Safety & Compliance Ensure all safety protocols and site regulations are followed. Conduct toolbox talks and site safety briefings with workers and contractors. Liaise with local authorities (if required) for permits, inspections, or site-related clearances.
